Salud Complete Wellbeing is focused on the delivery of medical services to individuals with limited out-of-home mobility, recipients of home care and disability services.
All new patients must complete a New Patient Details form before attending their first appointment.
Salud Complete Wellbeing (SCW) is a newly established single doctor service in the Chinchilla area supporting the Iloura Village Health Hub.
The doctors are supported by one registered nurse who conducts chronic disease management, preventative health, and pathology testing
All medical staff work with other health hub service providers and the friendly reception staff to offer the best possible service.
Our medical services integrate strive to complement allied health services within the health hub including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, exercise physiology, mental health, and diabetes and dietary education.
We Prioritise Your Wellbeing With A Range Of GP Services
Salud Complete Wellbeing Practitioners have individual professional interests which contribute to the extra services at the practice.
The doctors also visit the local hospital and aged care facilities allowing for better connection within the community, not available in many practices around Australia. In-home visits are possible depending on doctor availability.
The practice takes a “holistic” approach to health care dealing with patient’s problems in their physical, psychological, social, cultural and existential dimensions.
At Salud we believe that by integrating into a multidisciplinary team and improving inter-departmental communication, we can effect first-class services and improve our patients’ outcomes.
The practice uses the latest technology with advanced software to ensure the services below are co-ordinated with ease and efficiency.
